TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through IMPC Store (“IMPC Store”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order with us, the customer (“you” or “customer”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders
All orders placed through our website or other authorised sales channels are subject to acceptance and availability. IMPC Store reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed at the time of purchase are applicable to the order. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing or product information errors.
Orders must be paid for using the payment methods made available by IMPC Store at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
IMPC Store provides delivery across India (PAN India).
Delivery timelines provided at the time of order are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name, address, PIN code and contact information.
4. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled by IMPC Store where the product is unavailable, the order cannot be fulfilled, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Returns & Defective Products
IMPC Store generally does not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not defective.
If a product is received in a defective condition, the customer should contact IMPC Store within [48 hours] of delivery, providing relevant photographs, videos or other evidence where requested.
After verification of the reported defect, IMPC Store may, at its discretion, provide a replacement where a similar product is available.
6. Refunds
A refund will generally be considered only where a product is confirmed to be defective and a suitable replacement is not available.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging or specifications may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
IMPC Store shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IMPC Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a product.
9. Changes to These Terms
IMPC Store reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of the order shall generally apply to that order.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute arising in connection with an order or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Barasat, West Bengal.
